In Luxembourg, the syndic, often referred to as the "syndic de copropriété", is a professional approved by the Ministère des Classes moyennes, responsible for the administrative, financial and technical management of property co-ownerships.

The main role of a property manager is to ensure that the co-ownership runs smoothly, by organising general meetings, managing the finances and the maintenance contracts set up to ensure that the co-ownership's facilities and equipment are perfectly maintained, in compliance with the law of 16 May 1975 on the status of co-ownership of built-up properties and the regulations made under this law and, where appropriate, under the supervision of the syndical council.

 

Our objective

Our aim is to support co-owners by providing them with a service that meets their needs and expectations. Our managers are available to co-owners and, where applicable, tenants living in the residence. They organise annual or extraordinary general meetings in accordance with legal requirements and the specific needs of the Syndicat des copropriétaires. They manage the finances rigorously and ensure that your co-ownership complies with the various standards laid down by the legislator to ensure that your co-ownership enjoys the serenity and mutual conviviality expected of all co-owners.
